El secreto del cambio de vida (y físico) de Adele, al descubierto

Adele, y nada más. Nunca ha necesitado más presentación que un par de notas de su inconfundible voz para convertirse en una de las artistas más aclamadas (y galardonadas) de todo el mundo. Una mujer que, en sus inicios, rehuía de los focos que no estuvieran colocados en el escenario y que buscaba, detrás de las cámaras, una vida discreta, lo más tranquila posible. Pero aquella Adele ha evolucionado para dar paso a una artista mucho más presente en las redes sociales y mucho más abierta al mundo. En los últimos meses, no hay fotografía que publique la artista y no provoque una oleada de reacciones en cualquier parte del globo. ¿El motivo? Una notable pérdida de peso (unos 45 kilos en total en los últimos años), y un evidente cambio de actitud, mostrándose mucho más feliz y segura frente al mundo.
